If this were used in some Dead Space game down the line,it should have an alternative quick-time event button to hit,and once finished,it either prevents Kinesis from being used for a short period of time,or uses up Stasis energy,in order to make it fair.
dude.. i'd love that as a way to get out of a grapple. Like when grappled, you hit A as usual to get out the melee shred/rip/pop head off way, or you could tap X to do kinesis overload for a gorier and more fun way to get outta the grapple.
Why isn't this ALREADY a feature in game? It should be...well exactly what it is, except it should be deadlier than your drawings show in my opinion, cause in Dead Space the kinesis module already has enough power to throw objects hard enough to kill people. The kinesis overload should totally just annihilate the poor little necromorph. It should blow his torso off and you should see his head roll...hehehe.
Just my thoughts.

I cant believe they didnt win! They are epic! I would love to kill a leaper and slasher like that. Instead of kicking and punching them like in the first game. Though Drop kicking the babies was fun xD
